Vulcan Wear Parts is an ISO 9001 certified manganese steel foundry and crusher parts specialist. We manufacture wear and spare parts for Sandvik, Metso, Nordberg, Symons and Terex crushers.
A manganese steel foundry built for crusher uptime
Vulcan Wear Parts started with a simple frustration: crusher owners were paying premium prices for OEM wear parts, without any visibility into the metallurgy or the manufacturing process behind them.
We built our own foundry to fix that. Today we produce cone mantles, concaves, jaw plates, bowl liners and blow bars to OEM dimensions and metallurgy — with full chemical and dimensional certificates on every shipment — at prices that meaningfully lower our customers' cost per tonne.
Because we are a manufacturer rather than a trading house, we can match the manganese grade, the chamber profile and the part number to your actual crushing application.
